Incoming Exchange Students
Students from our exchange partner universities are nominated by officials at their home institutions to study at the University of Arkansas, typically for one or two semesters.
Once nominated, students will receive an invitation and instructions to begin an application to the University of Arkansas.
Nomination Process and Requirements
Be prepared to provide the following information for each student when submitting a nomination:
- Full Legal Name
- Student's Email Address
- Student's Date of Birth
- Student's Gender
- Students' Nationality/Citizenship
- Level (bachelors/undegraduate or masters/graduate)
- Field of Study
- Length of Stay (1 or 2 semesters)
Deadlines

March 15 for Fall of academic year (students beginning their studies in August)
- September 12 for Spring of academic year (students beginning their studies in January)

Students will receive a welcome letter from the Exchange Programs staff….
