Additional International Offices on Campus

There are other offices around campus, in addition to the Office of Study Abroad, who are here to help you reach your academic and personal goals and make the most of your experience in the United States and at the University of Arkansas.

The Office of International Students and Scholars serves all international students, scholars, and their family members at the university, and to enhance the global awareness of the University of Arkansas community. They also provide a variety of programs designed to help students, scholars, and their families learn about U.S. life and culture, while enriching the community's understanding and appreciation of the many countries and cultures which our students and scholars represent.Some of the services they provide include:

    • Comprehensive orientation programs for new students
    • Immigration advising
    • Employment Authorization
    • International Student/Scholar Support Groups and Cultural Immersion Opportunities
    • Non-resident Tax Filing Assistance

The International Admissions Office serves prospective students who are not U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents at the time of application. The International Admissions Office also assists with the evaluation of credentials for academic work awarded outside the U.S.

Spring International Language Center is a professional academic organization providing intensive English and cross-cultural education to international students. They believe in encouraging the language acquisition and personal progress of students in an atmosphere of support, openness and understanding.
