Estimated Program Fee: $4,200*
*Application fee to be applied to this total at the time of acceptance.

The program fee includes: tuition, reading materials, lodging (double occupancy), group excursions within Russia, overseas health insurance and emergency travel assistance; airport pickups at St. Petersburg International Airport on arrival.

Not included in the program fee: air transportation to and from Russia, Russian visas, meals, and personal expenses. Inexpensive meals may be purchased at nearby locations; students are free to eat where they wish, and in St. Petersburg in-room fridges are provided. Single rooms are available for a single-room surcharge of $900 for the full program.

Upon acceptance to the program, students should be prepared to sign a payment agreement. The signed payment agreement should be retuned to the Office of Study Abroad, 722 W. Maple, Fayetteville, AR 72701. After the application has been approvled, the balance of the program fee (less the application fee) will be put on the participant’s student account.

Please note that the payment schedule on the payment agreement you'll recieve will not be reflected in statements from the UA Student Accounts Office. Please keep a copy of your agreement as a record of payment deadlines and cancellation penalties. Future payments may be made by credit card on ISIS or sent directly to the Office of Student Accounts, 101 Silas Hunt Hall, Fayetteville, AR Please be sure to indicate name, ID# and purpose of payment. Online payments by Visa, Mastercard or Discover are accepted.

Those who plan to use financial aid or loans from UA must notify the Office of Study Abroad. A letter of Financial Verification will be prepared by the Office of Study Abroad for the Office of Financial Aid providing the program budget.

Withdrawal Policy: Notification of withdrawal is required in writing to the Office of Study Abroad. Lack of written notification will result in the charging of the full fee to the student, regardless of the actual time of withdrawal. For specific withdrawal procedures, please see payment agreement.
