Sichuan University is located in Chengdu, China. The “City of Heaven” is the economic, culture and political center in Southwest China and is in the Sichuan Province (famous for poets, home of the panda: the symbol of Chinese friendship and goodwill, and noted for its natural scenery).
Students can particpate in this direct enrollment program during the Fall semester (late August-late December).
Students will be enrolled at the China Study Center at Sichuan University. Intensive Chinese language courses plus a wide variety of liberal arts, social sciences, and environmental studies taught in English are offered.
Leadership for the program comes from the J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences.
