Application Procedures

Application Deadline: February 1 for Fall/ October 1 for Spring (Early Application is Advised)

A Complete Application includes the following:

The Outbound Exchange & Direct Enrollment Program Application (Adobe Reader is required to view the PDF; download Adobe Reader for free)

A brief Personal Statement (indicating your reason(s) for selecting your intended study abroad program, how it might compliment your degree program, and if this will be your first overseas experience)

An Official Transcript (http://registrar.uark.edu/records/TranscriptRequest.html)

A Letter of Recommendation by your academic advisor or professor (indicating, in his/her judgment, whether this student would make a positive contribution to the group and program? If yes, how? Further, if space in this program is limited, are there qualifications or factors that would make this student especially deserving?)

A Copy of your Passport (If you don't have a valid passport, please apply for a passport immediately and submit a copy of the first page when you have received it)
