For Appointments: If you are interested in a non-UA program and/or unsure about where to study abroad, make sure and attend one of our Weekly Study Abroad Info Sessions prior to scheduling a general advising appointment. The info sessions are offered once a week throughout the semester on either Tuesday or Wednesday. Check the Calendar for dates and times. All info sessions will take place in the Foreign Language Lab in JBHT 207. Space is limited to the first 25 students each week so get there early.
"Walk-In Wednesdays" 1:00-4:30 during Fall and Spring Semesters
For those who have a couple of questions, need a form signed, or just want to touch base with an advisor for a few minutes, Wednesday afternoons are ideal. Since we try to help out lots of students that afternoon, please understand that we may need to address needs quickly. If you want personalized time where you are guaranteed at least 30 minutes with an advisor, it is much better to make an appointment during the rest of the week!
