University of Essex, Colchester

Institution: Enrollment of 5,000 students; situated in 204 acres of 18th century parkland on the edge of the town of Colchester (pop.150,000); within a one hour train ride to London.

Duration: Fall Semester or Academic Year

Courses: Courses available from 17 academic departments.

Costs:  Selected students pay UA tuition and fees (Essex tuition waived).  Cost of room and board, books and supplies, airfare and personal expenses will fluctuate with exchange rate.  UA scholarships and financial aid will apply.

Eligibility: Must be a full-time degree seeking student at the UA with at least sophomore standing at the time of application; minimum GPA of 3.0 with strong academic and personal references.

Deadline is February 1 for Fall semester or Academic Year abroad (selection limited to two students)
