The Clinton Presidential Center will have "Breaking the Veils: Women Artists from the Islamic World" on display from June 27 through September 13, 2008. Breaking the Veils showcases the artistic ability of more than 50 women from over 20 Islamic countries. This exhibit represents a universal language and a fundamental means of communication that enables the convergence of sensitivities and provides the seeds for a genuine understanding of other cultures. 
Breaking the Veils has toured fifteen European cities and Australia during the last five years and the exhibition at the Clinton Center will be the site of the U.S. opening. For more information about the exhibit, visit www.artreachfoundation.org/breaking-the-veils/.
